Booking Policy
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Appointments will not be reserved without a deposit.
The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.
Health & Allergy Information
Clients are responsible for informing me of any allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, or medications that may affect their treatment before their appointment.
If you have a known allergy to any skincare or cosmetic ingredients, please let me know in advance. A patch test may be recommended or required for certain services.
Failure to disclose relevant medical or allergy information may affect your treatment and results.
Contraindications
For your safety, certain medical conditions or circumstances may prevent you from receiving treatment or require written medical clearance. Please inform me before booking if you have any of the following:
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding (if applicable to your services)
- Active skin infections, cold sores, rashes, or open wounds in the treatment area
- Recent cosmetic procedures (such as Botox, fillers, chemical peels, laser treatments, or microneedling)
- Use of Accutane (isotretinoin) within the past 6–12 months (depending on the service)
- Severe allergies or history of allergic reactions.
- Any contagious illness.
- Any other medical condition or medication that may affect your treatment.
If you are unsure whether a treatment is suitable for you, please contact me before booking.
Rescheduling Policy
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Appointments rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened or cancelled, depending on the schedule.
No-shows will forfeit their deposit.
Please respect my time as I respect yours.
Refund Policy
All sales are final.
No refunds will be issued for completed services, unused sessions, or missed appointments.
Results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.
Aftercare
Following the provided aftercare instructions is the client’s responsibility.
Proper aftercare is essential to achieve the best possible results.
Agreement

Comments

How long we retain your data
